Complaints

We do our best to provide a good and reliable service. If you are unhappy about what we have done you can complain about any member of the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Probation Trust. Although you can make a formal complaint it is preferable to try and resolve the situation informally first.

To contact us please phone, write or meet informally with the manager of the person about whom you have the complaint. They will inform you of their decision and if you are not satisfied they will advise you how to make a formal complaint.
